Lindsay Higgins is a Charlestown Real Estate Broker with real estate roots in the South Shore. 

 

In May 2023, she founded the Charlestown Women's Club which quickly grew to upwards of 700+ members by the end of 2023. 

 

A former resident of the Braintree Highlands, Lindsay was raised in the Braintree school systems and then went on to Blue Hills Regional Technical High School in Canton, Massachusetts. In April of 2022, Blue Hills Regional named Lindsay "Alumni of the Month." 

 

With roots in the South Shore business community, Lindsay's digital marketing agency, L2L Creative Group, Inc., has successfully contracted ongoing marketing initiatives for South Shore businesses. 

 

Lindsay has also worked behind the scenes for the Town of Braintree's events, including Braintree Christmas and 4th of July Celebration; Take A Bite out of Braintree's first-ever restaurant month; Pizzapalooza; and Halloween Gamefest.

 

Starting in property management in 2009, Lindsay has managed apartment buildings ranging from 206 units to 53 properties nationwide.

 

When managing properties, Lindsay has successfully increased occupancy by 20% on average and maintaining an occupancy rate of 99%. 

 

Having been responsible for the marketing of the real estate properties she managed, Lindsay discovered a passion for marketing and transitioned to the digital marketing industry, where she later founded L2L Creative Group, Inc.

 

Her marketing work has been featured in the Huffington Post, Microsoft, Business 2 Community, Boston Business Journal, Soldsie, American Express, Boston 25 News, and Constant Contact

 

When the pandemic hit, after 10 years owning a marketing agency, L2L Creative Group, and working with real estate companies and supporting other real estate brokers and salespeople in the digital marketing of their listings, Lindsay started to jump back into real estate, later opening her own real estate brokerage.
